محمد مبشر نذیر 2008 میں اسلامک اسٹڈیز پروگرام (ISP) کے نام سے چند سال پہلے اس سفر کا آغاز کیا۔اس ادارہ کا مقصد علم کے متلاشیوں کو اسلامی اور سماجی علوم کی تعلیم انٹرنیٹ کے ذریعے فراہم کرناتھا۔یہی ادارہ آج ترقی کا سفر طے کر کے اسرا (IISRA) کی صورت اختیار کرچکا ہے اور الحمدللہ اپنے پیغام کو کامیابی سے پھیلا رہا ہے۔

Executive Summary

Islamic Studies Program (ISP) has started its journey in 2008 when Mr. Muhammad Mubashir Nazir established the foundation of ISP. The objective was to inculcate the Islamic and Social Science education to the knowledge seekers through Internet. This was a unique idea to establish an online educational institute that offers sect-free education on Islam and Social Sciences.
ISP has been transformed into IISRA which means Institute of Intellectual Studies and Religious Affairs. Today, the Institute is successfully spreading its message all over the world. There are more than 2,000 registered students who belong to different parts of the world. These students get education from qualified and competent teachers. The organization offers different streams for Islamic and Social Science education. The Islamic Studies Stream offers education in Fiqh, Hadith, Arabic Language, Quranic Studies and Tafseer. On the other hand, the faculty of Social Science offers History of Muslim Civilizations and Islam, Comparative Studies of Muslim sects, Comparative studies of World religions, Personality Development Courses, Bibliographical Studies and Dawah Studies.
The organization has been equipped with diversified and highly educated faculty members who possess the qualification in traditional and modern studies. The faculty members include Fazil from Dars-e-Nizami, Bachelors, Masters, M.Phil. and PhD in social sciences. Some of them have experience of educating people for more than 18 years.
The organization has a strong structure. There are around 29 members in Advisory Council and 5 members in Executive Council. A new constitution has been prepared to strengthen the functioning of management and converted the status of IISRA into a foundation.
All these achievements are just because of Allah who is the most beneficent and merciful.

حج کا سفرنامہ ۔از پروفیسر محمد عقیل

حج ارکان اسلام میں ایک اہم رکن ہے۔ اکثر مسلمان بھائی حج کرنے جاتے ہیں تو ظاہری مسائل کی ادائیگی ہی کو اپنا مقصد بناتے اور اسی کے مطابق حج کے ارکان سر انجام دیتے ہیں۔اس ظاہری اشتغال کی بنا پر وہ حج کی اصل روح سے ناآشنا رہتے اور اس کے اصل ثمرات سے محروم رہ جاتے ہیں۔
اس سفر نامے کا بنیادی مقصد حج کی اصل روح کو ایک آسان پیرائے میں بیان کرنا ہے۔ یہ تحریر ان لوگوں کے لئے بھی ہے جو حج پر جارہے ہیں یا جانے کا ارادہ کررہے ہیں۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ یہ سفر نامہ ان لوگوں کے لئے بھی مفید ہے جو حج کرچکے ہیں کیونکہ اس طرح وہ ہر رکن کا فلسفلہ معلوم کرسکتے ہیں۔
